I have tried to use this procedure in order to calibrate the stitching of a DS-2CD6984G0-IHS, i have run into some problems and would appreciate any help. The MCRinstaller.exe file i have been unable to find it in this portal, the only thing that resembles is a file from Mathlab, i have use this mathlab file, and followed the procedure established in this video, but the panovu.exe app does not login with the camera propertly Panovu.exe can change the stitching distance but it does not read the serial number, nor does it let me see the live view, althought it says it doesnt login it will change the stiching distance. I tried to use the PTGUI calibration and upload the .PTO file but it gives me errors connecting with the camera, error 107 HCPreview COM.

Il conviendrait d'indiquer que les systèmes Hikvision AXPro ne peuvent être installés que dans les pays méditerranéens, africains ou sud-américains :D si la température ambiante descend en dessous de 10 degrés Celsius, par exemple en automne ou en hiver dans une maison de vacances... alors les systèmes AXPro Le panneau de commande affichera immédiatement un signal de panne de batterie envoyé toutes les minutes, qui ne peut pas être désactivé, et déconnectera immédiatement la charge de la batterie interne !!! Kula@!! Si vous n'y croyez pas, cherchez-le... 100 systèmes sont tombés en panne en même temps... c'est drôle. La réponse du support hikvision est que la fiche technique a été réécrite de -10C - +40C à +10C - +40C Et la liste des erreurs ne s'arrête pas là... Mabisz et les autres évaluations sont une blague ridicule
